Welcome to Thryv (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thryv mobile application. By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (or 16 years old where a higher minimum age applies under local law). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at security@thryv-fitness.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the App.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or other system associated with the App.

5. Health Disclaimer

Thryv is a fitness tracking tool and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of Thryv or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the App (workout logs, posts, profile information) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Thryv a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thryv and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero during a free beta period).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
